Protocol for sanitizing IT equipment (for trainings)
Will the Academy staff who are monitoring the training be responsible for cleaning/sanitizing the IT equipment in the training room?
- Yes. Just as before staff monitoring the room, not IT, is responsible for cleaning up the room, wiping down the equipment, putting the equipment back in its proper location, and locking the room up. The only addition is instead of wiping down dirty laptops, Academy must wipe down all items people touch with alcohol that Freddy and Preston will provide
Which programs will be using laptops?
- All programs have contributed to the cost of the laptops, therefore, all programs have access to all equipment in the training, conference, and work rooms.
Equipment check-out:
- IT will wipe down all Equipment Check Outs prior to and after the checkout.
