Fix for Tray Selection Problem on Xerox Printers
Some users are experiencing an issue where the San Diego and/or Riverside Xerox printer isn't printing automatically. Instead, it prompts users to go to the printer and manually switch from the bypass tray to Tray 1 (main tray) using the printer's screen. If you're affected by this, please follow the steps below on your work computer.
- Go to Windows Settings
- Bluetooth and Devices > Printers and Scanners

- Select the San Diego Printer > Printing preferences

- Select the Paper dropdown menu in the popup

- Click Ok
