Submitting a ticket




1. On the home page click the tab Submit a Ticket.

2. In the drop down menu, select the appropriate department in relation to your problem. 

3. Fill in the empty fields with a phone number, computer name, purpose, and a brief description of your issue. 

If you need assistance from a staff member, please follow up your description with a date and time you're available to handle the issue.
