How to Join a Meeting


From Desktop Application 

1. Make sure Zoom Desktop application is installed on your computer. 

2. Select Join a Meeting (You can enter a meeting with or without signing in). 
 

3. "Join" window appears. Enter Meeting ID or Personal Link Name* 
 

4. Select whether or not to enable audio and video. 
 

5. Select Join. 

 



From Web Browser 

1. Go to the SDSU Zoom website and sign-in: https://sdsu.zoom.us/ 

2. Select Join a Meeting at the top of the page.  
 
3. "Join a Meeting" page appears. Enter Meeting ID or Personal Link Name*  

 



From E-mail 

1. Join the meeting by clicking the link on the meeting invitation. 
 


From Telephone 

1. Dial the teleconferencing number provided in your invitation. 
 

2. When prompted, enter the Meeting ID Number. 


* Personal Link Name is a personal URL that serves as an alias to the Meeting ID.
