Connect a Windows PC to Enable Dual Screen or Extend


INSTRUCTIONS TO CONNECT A WINDOWS PC

Note: Some Windows laptops and tablet may require an adapter to connect. Device owner will need to provide the adapter since IT may not have it.

  1. Press and hold the Windows key, then press the P key.

  2. Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to select “Duplicate” and press the Enter key.

To Enable:

Dual Screen: Select the “Extend” option.Allows the presentation to be seen on one screen and the user to prep materials on another.

Duplicate Laptop display: Select Projector only. Only shows what is currently on the laptop display.
