This guide provides an overview of the Zoho One Portal, its purpose, and step-by-step instructions to help you log in and start using the platform for your daily work activities.
Zoho One is a suite of integrated business applications designed to help our organization manage everything from communication and collaboration to project management, all in one portal.
By using Zoho One, you’ll have access to the tools you need, streamline workflows, and improve collaboration across departments.
Go to https://one.zoho.com/zohoone/academyprofessionalexcellence/ using your web browser
Click Sign In
Enter your work email address and continue
If you have never signed in before, reset your password
An email will be sent for you to create your password

When you sign in, you will land on the Dashboard screen. Dashboards provide pertinent information and quicker visibility of information.
The landing page shown is your Default Dashboard. This dashboard is customizable by each person and can be updated as you get access to different Zoho applications. Follow the steps below to create one.
Create a new dashboard by clicking Add Widgets
Enter a dashboard name at the top left
Add widgets that would be of use or interest to you
Size and move them to your preference
Note: As you gain access to different Zoho apps, these widgets may become more relevant for your job functions
Click Save
The sidebar on the left shows the Zoho applications available to you. We have also added some other frequently used products by Academy Staff as external applications. You can pin frequently used apps for quick access and arrange them in the order you prefer.
At this time, you may not see applications listed. Access to Projects and Sprints will be made available to staff.
With Zoho One, managing tasks across multiple apps is now made easier. By using ToDo, found at the bottom of the left menu, you can create, view and manage tasks through ToDo, as well as ones made through multiple Zoho apps.
ToDo help you to plan and organize your projects and schedules efficiently. You can either create tasks for yourself or assign them to other employees.
