How to Sign Up for Zoho



  1. Visit the Academy for Professional Excellence ticket system home page and select Sign Up 


  1. The Sign Up page will appear. Enter your full name, email address, and security captcha and press Sign Up.  


  1. A "Thank you for signing up” message will appear and alert you that a confirmation email has been sent to your address. 


  1. In your email inbox (please check your spam folder if you do not see anything), you will have received an email with the subject “Academy for Professional Excellence Customer Self Service Portal Invitation.” Open the email and select Accept the Invitation. 


  1. Once accepted, you will be redirected back to the Academy ticket system and required to create a password (Complexity requirements apply). Enter your password and select Register. 


  1. Done! You will be taken to the “My Area” page. Here you will be able to edit your profile if desired. You will now be able to create tickets, monitor current and past tickets, and post to our Community!
