How to Screen Share


  1. 1. While in a meeting, select Share Screen from the menu at the bottom of the page.  


  2. 2. The Screen and Applications window will appear. Choose either the screen or the application that you will be sharing. 


  1. 3. Your screen will now be shared with your participants. You will have a Screen Share Menu with a number of features. Below they are explained: 



Screen Share Menu 




  • Pause: Pause your current screen share 

  • Share a New Window: Select a new window/application to share 

  • Annotate: Use screen share tools for drawing, pointer, etc 

  • Mute: Toggle mute/unmute for your microphone 

  • Stop Video: Stop/Start your in-meeting video feed 

  • More: In-meeting tool bar options
