How to Login and Navigate Access Planit
Academy Staff
This guide is intended to provide introductory information for logging into and navigating Access Planit, the Academy’s new training management system. Access Planit will be taking the place of the Master Training Schedule (MTS) beginning July of 2022. Academy Staff will have “Manager Access,” meaning staff can view information and request reports, but cannot actively edit account or course information (similar to protected fields in the MTS).
Below are the first time login instructions:

Enter your @sdsu.edu email address (ex lskywalker@sdsu.edu).
Click Reset.
A password reset email will be sent to your @sdsu.edu email, which will detail the steps on how to reset your password. Once your password has been set, you can use the following Access Planit Login link. Please bookmark this link for your reference.
