Forget the Eduroam or JetPack wireless network connection and add it back



To reconfigure the eduroam wireless network, you will first need to “Forget” the Eduroam or JetPacknetwork on your laptop or mobile device. While on campus you will need to:


  1. Go to the Settings application on your device.

  2. Open the Wi-Fi option.

  3. Choose "Network & Internet Setting".

  4. Select eduroam and choose "forget network".

  5. You can now re-connect to eduroam as you have previously.

  6. eduroam should prompt you for your SDSUid and new password.

  7. You will be connected to Eduroam with your new SDSUid password.
