Configuring Web PhoneManager for San Diego Office Phones Only

  1. Go to https://voicemail.sdsu.edu/



  1. Enter your phone extension number as the Username

  2. Enter your phone security code as the Security Code

  3. Click Login




  1. Click on Notification Settings




  1. From the Immediate tab set the following

    • Enable Immediate Message Notification

    • Set Message Types

    • Set Busy Retry: Attempts

    • Set Call List: Telephone Number to your cell or home phone and the Wait (min) to the phone number and time you want the system to contact you

  1. Click OK to accept the settings




  1. Click on SMS. From the SMS tab set the following:

    • Enable Short Message Service (SMS)

    • SMS Provider to SMTP

    • Set Message Types to Include Voice Msgs

    • Under Contact Details: E-Mail Address to your SDSU email account

    • Set the time you want the system to contact you

  1. Click OK to accept the settings

  2. Call your office phone and leave a test message. If it works you will get a call and email based on the Wait (Min) to check your voicemail.
