1. Select an email, once open click the top right "print" button
2. Select the dropdown menu under "destination" and "Save as PDF"
3. Specify a destination upon saving
Note: If you are currently using
Drive File Stream, there is dropdown option to save it directly into My Drive. Otherwise, manually add this PDF into Drive.
4. Once completed get the share link or add a person to collaborate within the document.
5. Right click the PDF email and click share
6. Add people or groups or simply copy and paste the link where you desire.
