Export and Import Files

1. In the Menu bar click on File, then Export

2. Choose either of the options under Image File Types

3. Name the file and click on Save. This will create a folder of all the Powerpoint slides

4. Search for and Open Movie Maker

5. Click on Home

6. Select Add Video and Photos in the top toolbar

7. Locate and select the folder Powerpoint created

8. Now select Add Music in the toolbar at the top

9. Locate and select the audio files from the video


To Increase How Long an Image Stays On the Screen

1. Click once on the slide and select Edit from the toolbar. Or double click on the image.

2. Set the Duration in seconds. 


Save the Project Preparation Work

1. Click on File, then Save Project

2. Name the Project

3. Click Save

1. Click on File, then Save Movie

2. Select For Computer, under Common Settings

3. Name the video and click on Save. This process can take some time to complete and possibly slow down your computer. I recommend walking away from the computer at this time.
