How to Text Chat
Enabling Chats
- 1. Login to your Zoom account at sdsu.zoom.us
- 2. Your user profile appears. On the column to the left of the page, select Settings
3. In settings, scroll down to the In Meeting (Basic) section enable Chat
4.Done, once in your meeting. Select the Chat option from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Saving Chats
Chats can either be saved manually or set to auto-save.
Auto-Save Chat
To have your meeting chats saved automatically, go to your Profile Settings and enable Auto-Saving Chats.
Manually Save Chats
To manually save your chats. When in your meeting, go to Chat and select Save Chat.
