How to Submit a Resignation Letter to the HR Business Partner

When Supervisor receives notice that a staff member is resigning the first step is to email the resignation letter to the Academy HR Business Partner (HRBP). 
  • Reference the HR Points of Contact to locate the name and email of the current HRBP
  • An email resignation is acceptable, be sure to include the last day of work

  • The HRBP will acknowledge the resignation and provide any additional instructions
