How to File Transfer


1. Enable File Transfer by logging in to your user account through the SDSU Zoom website: https://sdsu.zoom.us/ and going to Meeting Settings. Under In Meeting (Advanced) check the File Transfer checkbox and Save Changes.  
 

2. Once enabled, in your meeting, click on Chat on the menu at the bottom of your page.  
 

3. On the Chat column to the right of your page, select More and choose Send File and select the file you wish to send.  
 

4. Once shared, you will receive a message indicating that your file was uploaded successfully. 
 

5. Participants will receive an alert notifying them that a new file/chat was sent.
