There have been challenges using the signature font Museo Sans where formatting, search assistance and screen reading technology have not transferred well from MS Office to Adobe Acrobat. Creating PDFs have proven troublesome and we want to ensure that everyone has access to shared documents to better assist the blind and visually impaired individuals as these issues could potentially be exclusive. To reduce any problems in the future, we have decided to move away from Museo Sans and will be using Segoe with Montserrat for Google Docs and Verdana as a backup when Segoe is not available as the primary font.
